Borrowing from Animalearn

How do I borrow a product?
All you need to do is fill out the Loan Agreement Form below. Some items have limited availability so be sure to send in your agreement at least a month ahead of time to ensure that your requested item is available. Always allow one week for shipping. Animalearn will pay to ship the item to you, but you are responsible for shipping it back to Animalearn via insured mail.

What if I need assistance?
Technical assistance is available from Animalearn. Our staff is ready to assist you if you need help selecting, installing, loading, or viewing your loaned items. We are available at (800)729-2287 or info@animalearn.org Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. E.S.T. to help you.

How do I return the alternative to you?
Animalearn ships products through United Parcel Service (UPS). We ask that you ship the item(s) back through UPS or the US Postal Service, and that you insure the package in the amount of the item's value so that you are not held responsible for loss or damage to the item(s).

What if I want to buy a product?
If you would like to purchase any of the products that are on loan through The Science Bank, we can direct you to the manufacturers. Animalearn does not sell any of the items that we lend.
